Vegetable soup for weight loss

High – doses soups that combine vegetables with water can greatly benefit your health. Vegetables swell in water so they get the necessary nutrients.

  1. half bowl chopped onion
  2. one cup chopped beans
  3. one cup chopped Cabbage
  4. one cup sweet Corn
  5. one cup chopped Carrots
  6. small piece minced Garlic
  7. 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
  8. one tea spoon vinegar
  9. half bowl corn flour
  10. one table spoon Olive oil
  11. four cups Water
  12. salt to taste

Steps: First, Chop all vegetables into small pieces. Add white corn flour with 1/2 cup water and mix well in a separate bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon Olive oil in a heavy bottomed bowl for making soup over medium flame. Add chopped onion and garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes and add vegetables and salt. Stir and cook for 5 minutes and add 3&1/2 cup water. Mix well and bring the mixture to a boil. When it starts boiling, Add black pepper powder and cornflour-water mixture and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes to prevent lump formation, stir and cook until mixture turns thick and no raw smell of corn flour liquid. It will take around 10 minutes. Add vinegar and mix it well serving the hot soup of vegetables into serving bowls.
